Mr. Mark Kaplan,
Legislative Consultant, Mosaic Company,
graduated from Godby High School
in 1988, and was a Brian Bowl competitor and a Marching
Cougar, and a member of the National Honor Society.
Mark has served as Chief of Staff for Governor Bush and Lt. Governor
Toni Jennings, and has served as Special Council to the office of the
Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives. While serving as
Executive Director of the Florida Housing Finance Corp. Mark coordinated
the fund for permanent housing response for 700,000 Florida homes in
2004 after a devastating hurricane season. Mark also serves on Florida's
Board of Education.
