Sergeant Frank "Chip" Springer, Tallahassee Police Department, Retired, graduated from Godby High School
in 1972.
Chip worked his way through college by holding down two jobs: a Tallahassee Memorial Hospital surgical nurse and a TPD homicide investigator. This dedication to public service led Chip to later solve dozens of sex crimes, the capture of several serial rapists and in one case the capture of a serial killer. Tallahassee is a better place thanks to Chip. |
