Mrs. Mary Jean Curles Yon, Environmental Consultant, Audubon, Florida, class of 1974, graduated from Godby a year early to enroll at Florida State University, and then spent thirty years working in community service to save the environment with the Department of Environmental Protection. Mary Jean now works for Audubon, Florida as an environmental lobbyist spreading that same message. She and her husband David direct the Tallahassee Turkey Trot, which benefits the Refuge House, The Shelter and the Boys & Girls Club of the Big Bend.
