Sierra is a combat decker with strong skills in a wide variety of areas. He is capable of operating rotor and fixed wing aircraft, automobiles, motorcycles, and vectored thrust vehicles. In the matrix, Sierra's icon was either a cyber-chromed techno-ninja or a simple sphere with legs which he used to hunt down a decker who was impersonating him. Sierra was well connected in the shadows, knowing several fixers and having a good rep with many other runners.

Note: Sierra was played in a campaign which was deliberately kept low powered. The characters were not allowed to start with any skill level over 5 and once in play had to have GM permission to raise a skill over 6 or 7. We also did not gain access to any equipment not in the 1st Edition SR book until about half way through the campaign and even then were mostly restricted to the Street Samurai Catalog. As bad as it may sound, it was still very fun because it allowed the characters to branch out and diversify and made us concentrate on Role Playing as opposed to Roll Playing. Because of these limits, Sierra was considered to be one of the top deckers in North America and definately in the top ten in Seattle itself.
