Welcome to MySite                                                                                                             Wei-Shiun Chang

I am currently a Ph. D. candidate in the Department of Economics at Florida State University, and a research assistant, funded by xs/fs Research Group at FSU. Since 2005, I've worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Economics at FSU and as a researcher in Center for Economic Forecasting and Analysis in 2006. This year I am funded by Dr. Salmon, who is my dissertation chair, to assist him on his research projects, mainly involving some program coding and conducting of experiments. I am currently working on my dissertation, focusing on a variety of procurement auction problems. My fields are Applied Microeconomics, Industrial Organization, and Labor Economics, and my general interests lie in the application of the experimental methods to behavioral economics.

I will be available for an interview at the annual 2011 ASSA meetings in Denver.
