Assistant Professor, PhD Director  

I am a public management and policy researcher, and I study the development and implementation of policies at all levels (national, state, local, and organizational) and the effects of these policies on employees, clients, and other stakeholders of public organizations. I joined the Askew School of Public Administration and Policy at Florida State University in August of 2016 and have served as the Ph.D. Director since August of 2018.
