Current Activity

Optimal Fiscal Policy with Time Invariant Tax Structure: The Importance of a Public Capital Externality. Work is in progress in looking for the optimal tax structure within athe context of time-invariant tax policy.
Energy Policy in Florida: The Florida Energy Systems Consortium and the Center for Economic Forecasting and Analysis contarcted with the Energy Office of the Florida Governor Charlie Crist to conduct a comprehensive review of all existing statutory incentives supporting the deployment of energy efficiency and renewable energy, as well as analysis of renewable portfolio standard and mechanisms to attract venture capitalists. I am the Project Manager and work on the tasks specific to CEFA.
