NHASED Postcards

January 7, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in Chapel Hill, North Carolina! Jim celebrated his Crete Championship by taking in some college basketball. He attended the ACC opener between Boston College and North Carolina. North Carolina won handily.

January 16, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in Miami, Florida! Jason C began his Boston Bruin tour of Florida by first attending the game in Sunrise, Florida against the Florida Panthers. Boston won the game in a shootout 3-2.

January 17, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in Tampa, Florida! The next night in Tampa, the Bruins (and Jason C) must have had something else on their minds as the Bruins fell to the Tampa Bay Lightning by a final of 5-3.

March 10, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in Huntsville, Alabama! Noah and friends took a bus ride to support the Knoxville Ice Bears in Huntsville. The visiting good guys beat the Huntsville Havoc by a final of 5-3.

April 1, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in New York, New York! No foolin', Jason C was in New York City on April 1st to watch his Boston Bruins defeat the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden by a score of 2-1.

April 28, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in New Hampshire! Piet took a postcard with the championship ring for the 2011 Boston Bruins, who won the NHL Championship in Game 7 over the Vancouver Canucks.

April 28, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in New Hampshire! Piet rubs elbows with Rene Rancourt and his 2011 NHL Champions' ring. Rene sang the national anthem at Piet's cousin's wedding.

May 17, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in San Francisco, California! Noah scored seawall tickets at AT&T Park to watch Buster Posey and the San Francisco Giants defeat the St. Louis Cardinals by a score of 8-1.

August 4, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in New York, New York! Chad traveled to New York City and took in a game at Yankee Stadium beween the New York Yankees and the Seattle Mariners.

August 4, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in New York, New York! The Yankees only had two hits and lost to the Mariners by a score of 1-0.

August 31, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in Atlanta, Georgia! Kelly was in attendance when his Volunteers defeated the NC State Wolfpack at the Georgia Dome. Tragically, he was near a seating area where a fan fell 35 feet to his death.

August 31, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in East Lansing, Michgian! Tim attended the Boise State at Michigan State game and watched his Spartans pull out a 17-13 come-from-behind victory.

September 29, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in Tampa, Florida! Beth, Matt D, and Jason C watched the Seminoles get revenge on the South Florida Bulls by a final score of 30-17.

October 27, 2012:   NHASED at Home in Tallahassee, Florida! Andrew toured the field in the pregame of the showdown between the ACC-Atlantic leader Florida State Seminoles and the ACC-Coastal leader Duke Blue Devils. FSU won of course, by a final score of 48-7.

December 5, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in Boise, Idaho! Steve had a chance to tour the blue field in Boise, Idaho.

December 5, 2012:   NHASED on the Road in Boise, Idaho! Here is the story from Steve: There was construction at the stadium, and we found a chain-link fence gate that the workers had left open, so we went in. We were taking some pictures when we got caught by one of the workers. "You're not supposed to be here - How did you get in?" He told us that they always keep everything locked down tight because they always have problems with tourists coming to the stadium trying to get pictures of the field. He escorted us out and locked the gate behind him. We got lucky we were able to sneak on the field.
