October 8, 2005:   NHASED returns to Rocky Top
The Halls made a trip to Neyland Stadium in Knoxville to watch the Georgia/Tennessee game, a battle of two top-ten teams. Thank goodness this picture was taken before the game . . . as the Vols eventually lost to the Bulldogs.

November 12, 2005:   NHASED's Official Road Trip of 2005
NHASEDers chose Death Valley in Clemson, South Carolina for their annual excursion. We spent the weekend on Y-Beach (YMCA lakefront) in Eric W's RV. The weather was crisp, the campfire was crackling, the scenery was nice, the keg was flowing, and the cards were dealt often. However, the football game itself was a huge letdown . . . particularly the 3rd quarter where the home team scored 21 points to beat the Seminoles 35-14.

In this picture, the NHASEDers in attendance are still optimistic after having their beer and breakfast casserole Saturday morning.

Given the difficult choice between husband and son in the annual Bowden Bowl, Ann Bowden chooses NHASED.

NHASED postcard set in front of a happy Death Valley as the game wound down to the bitter end. It was a happy day for South Carolina schools over Florida opponents as the Gamecocks beat the Gators in a stadium not that far away.

December 3, 2005:   NHASED represents at the Inaugural ACC Championship Game
NHASED commissioner, Andrew, and vice-commissioner, Brian T, were hired to be on the official stat crew for the ACC Championship Game.

No one gave the Seminoles much of a chance in the game (for good reason, we had lost 3 straight). But, the Seminoles were inspired to not lose their grip on conference ownership (we didn't play Va Tech in 2004), and earned a trip to the Orange Bowl by shocking the Hokies 27-22.

Andrew & Brian T take time before the game to soak in some of the atmosphere. Brian is not blinking, he is dreaming of Seminole touchdowns to come.
